Reservation & Booking Policy
We ask you to provide us with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you cannot make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to rebook it for you.
We reserve the right to administer a no-show & cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service before rebooking.
All services on our online booking system require a deposit of 50% of the cost of the services before booking online. If you fail to meet our cancellation policy by not showing up or failing to give us 48 hours' notice of cancellation/rescheduling the deposit with not be refundable. If you have already paid your deposit for a reservation and we have the availability to move the reservation before 48 hours we can use the original deposit to hold the moved reservation.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our retail guarantee is that if you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange, or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Hair & Skin products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. We can only refund unopened products & can only exchange lightly used products with proof of purchase.
- Brushes, flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers may be refunded if unopened & product has original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. They may be exchanged if lightly used, or have technical faults. Products must have original packaging & proof of purchase.
- All clothing & jewellery products are final sale.
